The Format<\/p>\n

Wisdom, not just knowledge<\/em><\/h2>\n

Forge Your Life is an experiential education immersion held at The Forge, our six-acre sanctuary beside Kilauea Volcano. Every practice is taken off the mat and into the world, built to create wisdom rather than information. Each day follows the same rhythm: a shuttle pickup from your lodging, a ninety minute morning physical practice, a one hour lecture, an active adventure, and an evening meal prepared on-site before the shuttle returns you home.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

Day One<\/p>\n

Unplug<\/h2>\n

Morning practice led by Amrit Laird, followed by a lecture on unplugging from distraction and noise, then a nature immersion adventure. Evening meal prepared by Bao. Homework includes reflection prompts, a grounding practice, and a morning accountability check-in.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

Day Two<\/p>\n

Tune In<\/h2>\n

Morning practice led by Amrit, a lecture on tuning into your inner signals and presence, and a deep listening adventure in the forest. Evening meal by Bao. Homework includes journaling prompts and a tuning-in meditation.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

Day Three<\/p>\n

Embody Your Own Creative Authority<\/h2>\n

Morning practice led by Amrit, a lecture on embodying creative authority in daily life, and a hands-on adventure putting it into practice. Evening meal by Bao. Homework includes a personal commitment exercise and an accountability structure.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

Day Four<\/p>\n

Celebration<\/h2>\n

A final morning practice and a lecture reflecting on your growth, followed by a closing integration adventure. The evening closes with a traditional luau, featuring a sustainably harvested pig from the forest, prepared entirely on site.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

After You Leave<\/p>\n

Integration doesn’t end at the airport<\/em><\/h2>\n

You’ll take home enough Purium for one additional week, and one week after the immersion ends, we hold a follow-up accountability call, up to one hour, to check in on your integration and homework.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
